The Forest
Thanks to this project we would like to give a tangible sign of our commitment to chase the goal of "doing the right thing", one of the values which the Hays business worldwide is founded on, by providing our contribution to create a greener world, and directly financing the local communities that are involved in bringing to life our forest, planting trees, looking after them and following them in their growth.
Planting a tree in our forest is a small action that can bring great benefits to the environment: CO2 absorption, combating soil erosion, enriching biodiversity, protecting soil fertility, and creating sustainable ecosystems. At the same time it will give a concrete help to the local communities.

Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
