Thanks to this project we would like to give a tangible sign of our commitment to chase the goal of "doing the right thing", one of the values which the Hays business worldwide is founded on, by providing our contribution to create a greener world, and directly financing the local communities that are involved in bringing to life our forest, planting trees, looking after them and following them in their growth. Planting a tree in our forest is a small action that can bring great benefits to the environment: CO2 absorption, combating soil erosion, enriching biodiversity, protecting soil fertility, and creating sustainable ecosystems.
