La foresta At HTBA we are aware of the importance of a responsible company management, operating under social, environmental and good governance criteria. This is why we are moving forward towards sustainability, improving our performance day by day towards a more responsible company and integrating sustainability into our business model.
Our ESG strategy “Cultivating a better tomorrow” includes three pillars: Respecting the environment, Caring and Looking forward; and two transversal drivers: Governance, transparency & business ethics, and Responsible sourcing, that guide our ESG actions.
We are commitment to reach carbon neutrality in 2050, as defined in our Climate Change Policy. To achieve this, this policy outlines an action plan that includes projects aimed at reducing our emissions.
But as it is a process that can’t be achieved immediately, we have additionally committed to offsetting part of our emissions to mitigate our impact on the climate as a temporary step towards longer-term decarbonization.
With the “HTBA forest” we can offset part of our emissions, and aims to be a project that unites us all towards the common goal of achieving a more inclusive, fairer and sustainable world.
