Cortina 2021

<p>Fondazione Cortina 2021, the organisation led by Alessandro Benetton and directed by the CEO Valerio Giacobbi, is the organising committee of the 2021 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships. The event will be held in Cortina d’Ampezzo from 7th to 21st February 2021 and it will draw over 600 athletes from 70 countries competing in 13 races. Its founding members are FISI (Italian Winter Sports Federation), the Municipality of Cortina, the Province of Belluno and the Region of Veneto; CONI (Italian Olympic Committee) and the Italian Prime Minister’s Office are honorary members.</p><p>More than 500 million people from all over the world will watch the competitions with live TV coverage, without forgetting the digital community that will follow and interact with the events thanks to the new media. About 6,000 people among workers, volunteers, trainers, ski service staff and managers will also join the event</p>
