Tree of Sagittarius
The Japanese Medlar

The Japanese Medlar

Scientific species:Eriobotrya japonica
Country:KenyaKenya
CO₂:-100kg
Meaning:Joy
Is it a gift?

November 23 - December 21

Sagittarius, which arrives with winter, flickers like the blue edges of a flame and, among the Fire signs, is the one that moves furthest away from the earth. With the torso of an archer and the body of a horse, Sagittarius strikes his arrow towards the sky, marking the double nature of the sign - animal and transcendent. The Sagittarians are vital, cheerful, carefree, sometimes restless, dreamers and often distracted, but it is undeniable that they are a joy. Partly because they themselves are joyful, but also because it is a joy to have them around. Like a Japanese Medlar in bloom, which is a joy of flowers and perfume.
