Il cacao “kakawa” è una pianta molto antica coltivata già dai Maya intorno al mille a.C. e considerata il “cibo degli dei” per le sue preziose proprietà, come deriva dal suo nome scientifico&nbsp;“Theobroma cacao”.L’area in cui cresce è definita “the Cocoa Belt”, si trova nei Paesi della fascia tropicale, in Africa occidentale, in Brasile e in gran parte dell’America Latina.Zanotti ha scelto questa pianta per la sua nuova foresta “il Cacao del Re” per proseguire il suo impegno nel supporto alle popolazioni locali e per la riduzione del CO2 generato inevitabilmente dagli impianti di refrigerazione alimentare.Continua in questo modo il nostro sostegno a tante attività rivolte all’ambiente e suoi abitanti.
