The Forest
Our product is Open Data Playground, a hackathon and data challenge platform to solve real business and corporate social responsibility problems and to train analytical skills on real datasets. For each winner of the data challenges and hackathons, we will plant and give them a Treedom Tree!Our players, as the protagonists of Lord of Rings during their journey through the Lórien Forest, will enjoy Open Data Playground as a place of calm and tranquility, where they can train and improve their skills, compete and play with other players, have fun and learn at the same time!
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
