The Forest
The GreenTec Awards are planting trees. No, not only trees. They are planting a whole forest! Because everybody knows: He who will reap must sow. We want to make the world a better one and keep it worth living for us and our children. But therefore, we need to act now! With our GreenTecAwards-Forest we help rural regions to develop, people to get more interested in ecological and social commitment and to build an ecologically sustainable mixed forest. Together with our partner Treedom we create new habitats and jobs and make CO2 compensation possible. Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
