<p>Moou is an award-winning laboratory that produces artisan gelato in Turin. The processing of tastes is carried out according to ancient Torinesi recipes that have been modified, developed and reworked with the intention of making ice cream an artistic, creative process and in order to offer an ever new experience to the final consumer. In recent years, MOOU has decided to invest in the latest generation equipment in order to significantly reduce the consumption of electricity, Co2, water and raw materials used during production and storage. These machines are characterized by sophisticated technologies of industry 4.0. With regard to the sale to the end customer, it undertakes to serve and pack products with biodegradable or reusable materials.&nbsp;<br></p>
