The important moments in your tree's life.
Also known as the "Umbrella tree", the Maesopsis eminii is a tree species originary from India and Africa. This tree can reach heights up to 15-25 m and has an open and spreading crown. During maturation, its fruits turn from green to yellow to purple-black. Its leaves are used as fodder. Usually grown as source of shade coffee tree plantations. Since this tree grows quickly, it is used for the regeneration of destroyed forest lands.
The seeds of this magnificent tree sprout following the lunar cycles.

* The tree will continue to absorb CO2 even after the tenth year. Therefore this is a prudent estimate.
The trees will bear fruits, some that will be edible immediately and others that can become edible through processing, ensuring food resources over time.
The trees' fruits and the products derived from their transformation can be traded in local networks, offering income opportunities.
During its life cycle, each tree will offset CO₂. The trees that you plant can offset your emissions.
The trees are planted in agroforestry systems that favor the virtuous interaction between the different species and their positive impact on the environment and on the land.
