We invested a lot in the past to significantly reduce our CO2 emissions. Be it through production of our own energy, heat and cold, as well as through the purchase of sustainably certified raw materials.We fight against child labor in developing countries of the raw materials we use and support local development projects.The creation of green spaces and forests is a crucial step towards survival of our global civilization. If, in addition, this even bears income potential in Third World countries, it is a great synergy we believe.

The company Gebr. Jancke was founded in 1952 in Hamburg and has been completely family-owned ever since. At our modern location in the north of Hamburg, our team of fifty employees produce up to 8,000 tonnes of "food ingredients" for the food industry.Our portfolio includes freshly roasted nut, brittle and dragee products as well as fat based glazes / coatings and creams or spreads.The core of our business model is the development and manufacturing of tailor-made, high-quality and safe product solutions for the bakery, ice cream, cereal, dairy and chocolate industries worldwide.We are certified according to the following standards: IFS-6, Bio, AEO, Kosher, Halal, RSPO (sustainable palm oil products, UTZ (sustainable cocoa, hazelnuts and coffee) as well as SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit).- Our vision is to be the indispensable partner for our products and markets -
