We concretize this by being a member of "Leaders for Climate Action " and adhering to the "Sustainability Clause". That is, we are committed to measuring our CO2 emissions and reducing them through reduction and compensation measures.&nbsp;</div><div style="">Our contribution:&nbsp;</div><div style="">1) Yoga provides us with guidance to help people act more sustainably. The ethical principles of yoga (yamas) teach us that all actions have consequences and that we cannot avoid the consequences of our actions. The more people who practice yoga and take this to heart, the better for the environment.</div><div style="">2) Our vegan deli concept is to help more people eat vegan to further reduce greenhouse emissions.&nbsp;</div><div style="">3) 1% of the sales of our online store go to the "Balance Yoga Treedom Forest". With every purchase, our customers make an active contribution to our reforestation project and to environmental protection.&nbsp;</div><div style="">With this initiative, we want to actively contribute to the improvement of the world in which we live and breathe.</div>

Balance Yoga was founded in 2003 and was one of the first studios in Germany to offer contemporary, open-minded and undogmatic yoga "for everyone".

Today, with four studios in three different cities, its own teacher training academy, vegan deli's, an online &amp; conscious store and a large online platform, Balance is one of the largest yoga schools in Europe.
