Founded in 2007, the company has invested in innovative skills and technologies with the aim and ability to
support our customers in achieving tangible results: reliability and competence, human resources and
innovation are in fact the 3 pillars of Balance, making it one of the most reliable digital integration partners

Today, Balance employs more than 120 professionals, through its offices in Milan, Rome, Florence, Cagliari

Balance focuses on training and the growth of its professional skills, that’s why, 4 years ago, it launched its
own internal Digital Academy. The Academy operates in all locations and works closely with the world of
