Dear colleagues, Welcome to the Gearshift Allianz Technology Forest! Many new colleagues already have or will join the Allianz Technology family as a successful result of Gearshift. Enriching the family by so many skilled colleagues, creative brains, and diverse experiences represents a high value-add for the company. That’s why we decided, to let our planet also benefit from our value-add: For every colleague joining the heart of IT at Allianz Technology, we support the global forestation and plant a tree together with our cooperation partner Treedom. Let’s sow the seeds and see not only the IT expert community, but also the Allianz Technology forest growing!
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
