<p>The initiative was born for the simple reason that we all share the same planet, and that each of us, in his own &ldquo;little&rdquo; must be able to do something to be safeguarded. So we want to give to all our guest a plant to make sure that you remember us, but most of that whit his holiday may have done something for the planet.&nbsp;</p>

Un respiro per la Terra

<p>Fattoria Armena is an ancient building from 1500 whose design has been attributed to the architect Baldassare Peruzzi. Inside they carried out all the activities of breeding livestock (cattle), and the cultivation of wheat and cereals (mainly wheat) with which the housewives of the time produced the very best bread, only to be cooked and eaten directly at the Farm. The farmers gathered together in the only cottage standing at the time, and that is what is now called &ldquo;Salariato&rdquo;. Inside it lived up to 20 farmers, who managed to keep warm during the winter, with a large fireplace in the centre of the cottage. The bricks were used for the construction of the complex and were produced directly on the furnace that was located in the vicinity of the farm. Now is a farmhouse in the heart of the Crete Senesi, more precisely in Buonconvento (among the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy). In the hills, it boasts a beautiful view overlooking the valley, whit a seasonal infinity pool, surrounded by greenery. From the beginning the Saraceni Family considers sustainability a strategic growth factor, in fact it uses organic farming and products at Km0.</p>
