The Forest
We have been wondering for some time what a company like ours, that is using on a daily basis a “limited” resource (the cellulose), could make for the environment, with the purpose to “compensate” those same resources that we use so massively.The answer has been a new collection of “eco friendly” mounting boards. Some of them are 100% recyclable and recycled, others are obtained by recycled materials, always respecting nature.We have thought to combine the launch of this product (in march 2022) with another concrete action. We have decided to plant a “Scappi Cartoni” forest, in cooperation with Treedom.Our desire is for this forest to become richer in the future, and that it will be shared with the highest number of people. We wish it will inspire and push everybody to use natural resources in a conscious and responsible way.Nobody, alone, can change the world, exactly like a single tree, alone, is “only” a tree.It is the number that makes the difference. All together we are a powerful wave of change, exactly as many trees are a forest.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
