The Forest
As a travel agency, we not only sell flights tickets, but we also take "Ecological footprint", responsabilities for "our" planet. For instance, we only enter into partnerships that think, work and act sustainably for the future of our planet.With the first 200 cashew tree seedlings in the Sacco forest in Ghana, we are helping to offset the CO2 emissions that flies produce. In addition to the climate and the creation of new ecosystems, we also strengthen the lives of African smallholders on site, create and secure jobs together with Treedom.From now on, every flight ticket sold by Reiseservice Sacco is also an active step towards a greener future. Because our tickets will become new trees!
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
