The Forest
This year’s objective is to fully compensate the CO2 emissions generated by our company during the year. We have calculated our overall carbon footprint taking into consideration the manufacturing process which consumes: gas, electricity and water; we have considered the administrative activities which account for paper consumption and printing toners. Furthermore we have worked out the approximate annual consumption of fuel used by our fleet of company vehicles. All this adds up to a variety of fruit trees which represent our Xmas gift to Kenya on behalf of Prati and you, our valued customers.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
