The Forest
Welcome to Patù Forest, a tiny green lung made up of 200 trees fresh of planting and ready to be adopted. If you have come this far it's because we are so glad to have you joining our green project in partnership with Treedom! We're not going to start this adventure with a tirade about how bad the climate situation on our planet is, we'd rather get straight to the point with positive messages and, since we like lists, here's a list of reasons why planting trees is one of the coolest things you can do to help the planet: 1) Trees are the most efficient and economical technology against global warming.2) Trees are cute.3) The philosophy of trees, and of the plant world in general, has a lot to teach us: intelligence, memory, communication, sensitivity, these are just some of the qualities they share with us. Not vegetables at all.4) The idea of making a small contribution to help the planet makes us feel very cool. 5) It's our way to say THANK YOU, each for a different reason but sincerely in the exact same way.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
