The Forest
OTS Assembly has been committed to a green perspective for years by joining the United Global Compact and Ecovadis. The awareness of OTS in the ecological field, which has grown exponentially, has led to marrying the Treedom project, aimed at satisfying 10 of the 17 goals for sustainable development indicated by the United Nations. The "OTS Assembly Forest" project plans to plant 600 trees in three years (200 trees per year) in different areas of the world that will be defined from time to time (from Guatemala to Ecuador, from Kenya to Tanzania ...) . Through this operation, in addition to the ecological impact linked to CO2, local labor is facilitated.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
The trees in the forest will absorb:
133.05 t* of CO₂
