The Forest
A forest is much more than a collection of plants, it is both rationality and mystery, it is part of the whole. It is Mother Earth. Losing the forests would mean losing ourselves, wounding us to the core. The forest is social culture, it is a silent teacher who speaks to us of nature, the same nature in which Northwave was born and lives its passion, whether riding a bike or a snow board. For this reason, we at Northwave believe in the importance of the Treedom project, that is, to do a concrete act that can change everyone's life for the better. The sustainable path is studded with many actions, step by step.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
The trees in the forest will absorb:
78.75 t* of CO₂
