The Forest
Terra Nuova's challenge is to feed and satisfy the population, especially in a world that is gradually becoming ever more crowded, more complex, faster, more virtual, and more at risk in terms of its sustainability. Where
there's no more time for anything, food can offer a way of reconnecting with nature, people, and relationships. And it can be an intuitively simpler and more truly genuine way of living better in the here and now while at the same time never forgetting to preserve the planet and therefore the future.
We at Nuova Terra, in launching and repositioning our brand, have decided to move to using new 100% eco-sustainable packaging with totally recyclable paper wrapping while at the same time reforesting the planet by planting a tree forest in Cameroon – a complex, fascinating country where the people seem to smile rather more than elsewhere.
We at Nuova Terra believe in the future of our planet and in our role in helping to guarantee it.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
