The Forest
To celebrate the 150th anniversary of our company, we wanted to make a special gift to all the people who work with us. A gift that is good for the planet, and that is born to last in time. Like a tree.
Thanks to Treedom, a tree will be planted for each employee of the group, for a total of 461 trees, in various corners of the planet.
With this initiative we want to point out our commitment to environmental sustainability, in line with what we do every day in our offices, limiting the consumption of paper and plastic as much as possible. But not only.
It is also a way to cooperate with an Italian start-up, given that Treedom is a company born in Florence in 2010, which has been successful in the world thanks to a good entrepreneurial and ethical intuition.
As the founder of Treedom said: "Just as a forest is made up of many single trees, so a great change can be achieved with many small gestures".
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
