The Forest
We believe in young people, they share and spread new energies and new ideas.
That’s why we started J-Next project in 2011, with the objective of giving a job and a real growth path to young graduated.
This is our contribution to the fight against youth unemployment; the satisfaction and the pride to help a boy or a girl and their family too buy a house or even find new job opportunities is priceless.
If each businessman contributed by hiring just one person, the payback would be huge and useful for the community and the whole Country.
Youth enhancement is not only about giving them a job, buti t also about guiding them during their experience: we want to recognize their important presence in the company and their intellectual innovation and freshness. That’s why J-Next Club is born. A group of under 30 employee who are given time and resources to freely meet and develop innovative solutions about product, process and work environment.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
