More than 9000 experts from industry, research, and institutions will gather at the 75th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in Milano from October 14-18, 2024. This key event in the space sector, themed 'Responsible Space for Sustainability', positions Italy at the forefront of global discussions on sustainable space use. It emphasizes the need for security, exploration, peaceful usage, and international cooperation in space to benefit the planet and all nations equitably. As countries and entities increasingly engage in the space economy, sustainability remains a priority for the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) under its 'Sustainability, Investment, and Security' agenda.
