The Forest
Termisol Termica has always been very careful to the sustainability of its development by reducing the impacts associated with carrying out its daily activities, by reducing CO2 emissions, energy consumption and waste. From this eco-sustainable spirit comes the "For a Green World" project created to implement strategies to reduce environmental impact and improve the quality of work place and life of our human resources... "For a Green World" has a dual objective: the reduction of plastics, with the installation of drinking water fountains in all our work sites and the compensation of CO2 emitted by our activities by planting 1000 fruit and forest trees in Kenya. At Christmas, each Termisol Termica employee will receive a thermal water bottle, a dedicated tree and the chance to win one of the three bicycles offered as prizes to encourage green transport.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
The trees in the forest will absorb:
388.75 t* of CO₂
