The Forest
Sustainable development is one of the main objectives of Etelec’s corporate vision. A greener world and where everyone, regardless of geographic location, has the opportunity to benefit equally from natural resources while saving their integrity, allow us to carry out our daily work with more passion, serenity and commitment.The use of energy from renewable sources, the reduction in packaging and the use of recyclable and compostable materials, as well as planting of the Etelec forest, represent our tangible and heightened commitment towards an increasingly sustainable development for the benefit of all inhabitants of our planet. Thanks to the partnership with Treedom, the “Etelec widespread forest”, made up of 5,000 fruit trees, will create income for farming communities in the various areas around the world that host their tree planting.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
