Happy birthday, Ferriera Valsider!Valsider has always been committed to sustainability and to the continuous innovation of its production processes.In 2021,Valsider celebrates the 20th anniversary of its foundation by involving its employees in the creation of its first Company forest.By planting 200 trees, the company aims at promoting an agroforestry project to protect the environment and support small local farmers and their families.The Valsider Forest thus will represent a further tangible demonstration of the company's commitment to the environment and its trees, that employees can follow in their growth, will become brand ambassadors bringing at the same time social and economic benefits to local communities.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
