The Forest
Dishcovery's digital menus can reduce the waste resulting from the use of paper and plastic for the production of traditional physical menus. Leaving aside the potential hazards arising from the use of unsanitised paper or plastic menus, each year the production of paper menus means the generation of tons of paper and plastic waste. With the creation of DISHCOVERY FOREST, we want to make an additional contribution to the environment by donating a tree for every restaurant that decides to sign up for our digital menu service.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
