The Forest
In collaboration with Coca-Cola, the "Foresta di Autogrill Italia" was born: a project that involves the planting of 1,000 trees, in Italy and abroad, with the support of local agricultural associations. The creation of the forest is another example of Autogrill Italia's commitment to the environment, which has taken shape over the years since 2005 with the implementation of various projects to safeguard and protect the environment, in collaboration with some of the main stakeholders of the company. With this initiative, Autogrill Italia wants to involve its customers in the creation of its forest and raise their awareness of how small and simple gestures can make a difference in protecting the planet and all its inhabitants.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
