PLANT YOUR OWN TREE!As a manufacturer and contractor of ASENSO saunas, we feel the burden of responsibility not only for the quality of the materials we use but also for exploiting the natural environment. That is why we have replaced the previously used mineral wool with an expanded cork. Thanks to its structure, the cork allows steam to pass through, while not being absorbed. Unlike other materials it is 100% natural, has high dimensional stability and unlimited durability. The cork industry is considered environmentally friendly. Cork oak forest additionally counteracts desertification and is a place of life for endangered species. We are also involved in cooperation with Treedom and we finance the agroforestry project „LAS ASENSO” in various regions of the world. Each sold ASENSO sauna contributes to planting a tree in Guatemala or Madagascar, which you can follow online. This is an amazing journey to distant corners of the world, without leaving home. We highly recommend the selection of ASENSO saunas and at the same time encourage you to support our green initiatives.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
