Welcome to the Logistica Ambientale for Henkel Forest!
Every day Gruppo Porcarelli works with passion and dedication for its customers, without ever neglecting its commitment to the environment. Thanks to the cooperation between Logistica Ambientale (service company of the group) and Henkel, we have created a new forest.
Located in Ecuador, the Logistica Ambientale for Henkel Forest will initially consist of 50 trees.The planting project begin in the province of Manabì overlooking the Pacific Ocean with coasts of rare beauty. These coffee trees are not only the fulcrum of work for over 350 families, but Treedom’s collaboration with Unesum also allows the development of training and research projects.
Through the process of photosynthesis of trees, CO2 is naturally removed from the atmosphere, where it accumulates due to several factors, including the work of man. From here we started to try to remedy the natural emission of CO2 from companies, with the creation of our own forest and, from now on, a forest to celebrate the commitment of Logistica Ambientale and Henkel.

Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
