The Real Estate sector is responsible for about 38% of the greenhouse gas emissions that are threatening our planet.
At Cuhsman & Wakefield we feel morally responsible and we are aware that we can play an important role in creating a sustainable future for generations to come. We are therefore committed to make this happen and we will be pursuing the goal, applied to our entire "supply chain", of net zero emissions by 2050.
Since 2021 we have partnered with Treedom to plant thousands of trees each years which will contribute to absorb CO2 from the atmosphere. WE ARE WHAT WE DO - We make an impact with everything we do, all around the world.
Impact
The trees we plant have big ambitions: to bring benefits not only to the environment, but also to the people who live in it. That's why we work with NGOs and local communities to select the right tree for the right place and the right purpose. That’s why we think about the medium and long term, because we’re not content with simply planting trees: we want to see them grow.
