juliArt is a compound word- juli comes from Latin which means smoothly and shiny hair. Art is the goal of the brand to deliver artistic trend with self-recognition.
 
To juliArt, the semi-perfect or perfect-like is not the end but the process that we see ourselves from time to time and look inside to see who we are. The process is how we define ourselves and look for the ultimate classic of everyone at the time being.
 
With more than 60-year expertise in hair product industry, our founder Eric Chen has set the goal of focusing scalp care with the whole line of juliArt products. In juliArt, we believe scalp is the fundamental soil of hair growth. Therefore, only when there is healthy and vitalizing scalp, the fabulous hair growth and styles are possible to be performed. 
 
Therefore, all product development, process design and service are scalp care- oriented. juliArt has created the signature treatment as standard operation procedures for all salon hairstylists. Also, juliArt is equipped with a full ranged of products for different scalp types, scalp concerns and issues. 
 
 
juliArt focuses more than scalp care, but also the development of education, art and culture. Since 2017, juliArt collaborated with NGO to support the education activities in rural areas. juliArt has become the partner of ”Teach for Taiwan” since 2017 for more than a million New Taiwan Dollar fund raising and juliArt has devoted itself to dedicatedly support the eastern part of Taiwan from education perspectives.
